Check spam, then use “Resend confirmation email” on the login screen.
My Instagram account doesn't appear
It must be a professional account linked to a Facebook Page. See Connecting accounts.
A post failed to publish
Open it in Studio to see the reason. If an account needs reconnecting, go to Accounts and connect it again.
How do I upgrade?
Go to Plans in the app and request an upgrade. We email payment details and activate the plan once paid.
